• Available model: Kimko 125cc – perfect for agile movement, even on uphill roads.
• License requirement: A standard car driving license (Category B) is sufficient.

• Third-party liability insurance (RCA) for self-drive rental (damages to others are covered; own damages are the driver’s responsibility)

• Standard delivery: Directly at Pantelleria Airport, at no extra cost
• Extra delivery: To port, hotel, or private house with a €100 surcharge
• Shuttle service: Available anywhere on the island to the airport for a maximum of €20
• Fuel policy: Scooter is delivered with a full tank and must be returned full

Usage Rules and Recommendations

• Helmet use: Always mandatory. Local authorities are strict, and fines are high.
• Cautious driving: Roads can be uneven and require attention.
• Where to park: In many areas, you can only park in designated spots.
  Fines are common and will be sent to your home address.
• Seat protection: After swimming, we recommend covering the seat with a towel to prevent salt damage.
• Scooter damage: Any damage caused by the customer will be assessed at return.

Refunds

For administrative and organizational reasons, rental refunds can only be processed if the cancellation allows enough time for the scooter to be re-rented.

In any case, 10% of the paid amount will be withheld to cover management and administration costs.

Refund policy:

• 90% refund for cancellations made at least 3 weeks before arrival
• 70% refund for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before
• 50% refund for cancellations made at least 1 week before
• After this period, no refund can be issued
